What We’re Saying: Florida boutique FRESH RAGS has come together with Saucony for a noteworthy collaboration that is just as much about conservation as it is pushing products. With the joint effort, the retailer is aiming to protect Florida manatees, which are currently dying at a rate that could surpass the state held record.

The Fresh Springs Manatee Collection is a celebration of the Florida-native manatees, as well as the beauty of the area's natural springs. Leading the assortment is a collaborative take on the Saucony Grid Web, which pairs a grey suede upper designed to mimic the texture of algae, with grey mesh that points to the skin and hues of a manatee. Further referencing Florida waters, green stitch detailing is implemented at the heel as a nod to spring water grass. Down below you will find a vintage white midsole that makes way for a two-tone ice outsole with a reflective iridescent river logo that ties the collaboration's theme together.

The FRESH RAGS x Saucony Grid Web "Manatee" is set to arrive wrapped in seagrass tissue paper in a water camouflage box with additional green and marshmallow rope laces, alongside a matching apparel collection that includes nylon water shorts and T-shirts, as well as accessories.

To raise funds for the conservation and protection of manatees, FRESH RAGS has partnered with the Save the Manatee Club in support of the collaborative release. Limited edition sticker packets will be available in conjunction with the Fresh Springs Manatee drop, in addition to raffle tickets for a custom clear kayak, with all proceeds going to the Save the Manatee Club. A donation portal will be live on freshragsfl.com for anyone interested in supporting the cause.
