Gosha Rubchinskiy continued his series of homeland fashion shows — having previously shown in Kaliningrad and Saint Petersburg — with a FW18 presentation in the far-flung Ural city of Yekaterinburg. With temperatures plummeting miles below freezing, Gosha's army of post-Soviet youths wore a thrifty ensemble of military, sportswear and tailoring pieces, with some styles reading "FREEDOM" and "ENEMY," designed in collaboration with Erik Bulatov.
Central to the collection was a continuation of Gosha's collabs with adidas, Burberry and Levi's, with a new link-up with Doc Martens also announced. Gosha x Burberry — which wasn't especially well-received when it was first announced — includes duffel coats, scarves, shirting and check-adorned loafers, while Rubchinskiy's latest Levi's collab includes patchworked jeans and trucker jackets.
Gosha x adidas is jam-packed with football-inspired sportswear, just as you'd expect, while the designer also reworked Doc Martens' Adrian tassel loafer and a more dressed-up oxford shoe.
After images of the Gosha x Burberry tie-up first emerged, we can now peep every single piece from the show in the gallery above.
Representatives from the Berlin COMME des GARCONS store — Gosha stockists, naturally — were in the midst of the action, as Gosha's lads sung along to Nautilus Pompilius' "Goodbye America" in unison and barged around the showspace for the finale.
