Instagram’s Apple Watch app is no more. Following a recent 39.0 update to the device, the photo app has now been removed from the iPhone companion altogether.

Instagram explained to French website iPhoneAddict that its Apple Watch app was built using the watch0S 1 SDK, which was rendered obsolete by the Cupertino Company at the beginning of the month. Rather than rebuild its app again, Instagram has decided to end support completely.

Instagram was one of the first companies to support the Apple Watch when it was launched. Instagram access will still be available on Apple Watch, but only through notifications sent to a linked iPhone.

Twitter, Google Maps, Amazon, and eBay are just some of the other companies that have abandoned development on the Apple Watch.
