Where form meets function

Following Apple’s recent iOS 11.2.2 security update, the company has been hit with another bug. As per Mashable, Apple is “looking into” a bug that is affecting the iPhone X’s ability to receive calls.

After many users flocked to complain via Apple forums online, the new bug is reported to delay incoming calls from appearing on the iPhone X’s display, with those affected stating they cannot see caller ID information despite their phone ringing.

Despite being on the market for only three months, this is not the first time the iPhone X has experienced similar problems. Back in December, users made complaints of audio problems which affected speakers and calls. Furthermore, tests by Square Trade have also suggested that the iPhone X is the “most breakable” phone from Apple yet.

While it remains unclear how widespread the issue is, Apple says it’s looking into the issue. In the meantime, it appears as though users have temporarily adverted the issue by reinstalling iOS. For more on this, visit Mashable.

In case you missed it, reports suggest the production of the iPhone X could be halted this summer.
