Here Is the New IWC Big Pilot’s Watch 'Top Gun'

We really like the recent decisions taken by Swiss watchmaker IWC to go down a more classic road again with its Pilot's watches. The new Automatic 36 is a gorgeous new minimal watch and the updated IWC Big Pilot’s Watch 'Top Gun' and IWC Big Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 'Top Gun' also look great. From a more subtle engraved case-back logo, the removal of the red plane silhouette hand detail to the black ceramic case and new leather strap, IWC removed just enough details to make this latest range of watches even more timeless. The biggest change is the smaller size of the watches, which is an important decision showing that trends in the watch industry are currently changing again away from large size watches. The two watches will be officially announced at the SIHH watch show in Geneva next week.
