Last week, Donald Trump took offense to comments made by rap icon JAY-Z on CNN’s Van Jones Show about African-American unemployment and the president’s role in decreasing it. Trump, naturally, took to Twitter to voice his dissatisfaction.

When asked about whether it was okay for the President to “say terrible things but put money in our pocket," JAY said: “It’s not about the money at the end of the day. Money doesn’t equate to happiness. It doesn’t. That’s missing the point."

Now, Jimmy Kimmel has taken a stance on the budding beef between HOV and Trump, suggesting they settle it with a rap battle in which the winner becomes President of the United States.
