Following last week’s reveal trailer, Ghost Games shares the latest look at Need for Speed Heat in the form of an official gameplay trailer. The nearly four-minute video gives us a look at both day and nighttime racing, while simultaneously teasing a plethora of customization options.
Need for Speed Heat gamers will be able to take part in sanctioned racing events during the day, although police will remain on patrol to ensure nothing gets out of hand. Once the sun goes down, you can increase your rep by participating in illegal street races. The more “heat” you have on you, the more the cops will be looking to slow you down, however.
Virtually all cars in Need for Speed Heat are customizable, and for the first time ever, you can work on your ride through an app. In addition to your vehicle, you’ll also be able to customize your avatar in brands like adidas.
Need for Speed Heat launches for Xbox One, PS4, and PC on November 8.
On this week’s episode of The Dropcast, we are joined by jeweler Greg Yuna, where he talks about getting his start working with guys like Floyd Mayweather, and his Instagram, which is an endless flex of fire pendants inspired by everything from KAWS’ Companion, Versace’s medusa head, and Nipsey Hussle.
