Designer: Neil Barrett

Location: Milan, Italy

Season: Spring/Summer 2018

Key Pieces: Anything with shiny chrome tape slapped on it, silver bucket hats (ridiculously vibes-y) and Neil’s always razor-sharp tailoring were big wins here.

Editor’s Notes: Where Neil Barrett’s FW17 collection looked back to his time spent in subcultures in the ’80s, the British-slash-Milanese designer stepped forward to the ’90s with his SS18 line, with a show that looked like it was plucked straight from the pages of Vogue back in the heyday of the minimalist movement (Jil Sander, Helmut Lang, Calvin Klein et al).

In more fashion news, Jeremy Meeks, aka “Prison Bae” just walked for Philipp Plein’s insane fashion show (again).
