Pretty much a year ago, UK collective Vibbar brought the vibes of the season with one of that year's definitive summer tunes, refitting out Lonyo's UK garage classic "Summer of Love" from back in 2000 with a tropical summer remix and new video. The crew, composed of Skits, Jords, Skribz and Confect, smashed it out of the park with its new video (directed by fellow crew member Poet) featured Snapchat dog face filter, champers, brandy n coke, and the Swedish flag-Vibbar is Swedish for 'vibes', fyi.

Now, shortly after signing to the MistaJams label, the creative collective return to run the streets with PUMA and the leaping cat brand's latest, very vibey TSUGI silhouette. PUMA's TSUGI, which translates to 'next' in Japanese, appeared earlier this year with the help of legendary streetwear and sneaker store, KITH. The sneaker is PUMA's beautifully executed lifestyle silhouette that is directly inspired by the performance innovations of contemporary footwear tech as well as Japanese design traditions.

The two's collaboration is latest in the #RunTheStreets project from PUMA which is giving a voice to key creative individuals who represent their city through hard work and hustle. Focussing on the UK capital, London, and the capital of the North, Manchester, previous creatives in focus have included two young videographers documenting their city's underground grime scenes and a pair of upcoming photographers who document the trials and tribulations of their cities. All have in common one thing: to succeed, they need to run the streets, and PUMA's new sneakers low-key help them do just that.

Crew members Poet and Skits sport the TSUGI NETFIT evoKNIT, which is constructed from PUMA's new NETFIT technology that gets wrapped around a soft evoKNIT upper. Multiple lacing options and the woven gore-crafted heel counter offer added support and comfort. All this sits on PUMA's trademark IGNITE foam technology, an EVA midsole and a rubber outsole, channeling PUMA's running tradition into a lifestyle sneaker that provides energy, stability and support. Colorways focus on Black-Steel Gray, Cameo Rose, Olive Night, White and Icelandic or Baja Blue.

Meanwhile, the rest of the Vibbar crew work the TSUGI Shinsei sneaker. Like the NETFIT evoKNIT, the shoe's lacing system is pretty unique, coming in from the sides for a snug, secure fit and a solid front face. The knitted sock construction and elastic gore on the heel adds support and comfort, planting it squarely on-trend with current sneaker styles.
