On Sunday at the Open Championship in the UK, golf legend Tiger Woods turned back the clock, briefly putting himself back in contention at a major tournament for the first time in a long time. Unsurprisingly, Twitter loved it, catching a case of what we’re calling “Tiger Woods fever.”

Woods climbed the leaderboard at Carnoustie in Scotland, holding the lead with eight holes remaining and on course for his first major since 2009. Even a subsequent tumble back down to sixth couldn’t put a damper on Tiger Woods fever. His performance put the former world No.1 back into the top 50 in the world rankings, securing Woods a spot at the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational next month, his first appearance at the Firestone Country Club’s South Course since 2014. Just last year, Woods was ranked 674th in the world.

Yesterday, people on Twitter were proclaiming Tiger is back, sharing some greatest hits from Woods’ incredible career. As always, we’ve rounded up the best reactions below for your viewing pleasure.
