Editor’s Notes: Under Armour was launched in 1996 as a performance sportswear company. Now, 22 years on, the brand is moving into the style sector with the launch of UA Sportstyle, a new category which it's unveiling through a series of “Pioneer Forums.”
Part of that new venture is the Forge 96, a brand new lifestyle sneaker that's right on trend thanks to its chunky, fashionable look. The sneaker previously surfaced on Instagram in late July, when it first caught Highsnobiety’s eye.
That colorway, a stylish blue, red, and white rendition, first hit shelves on August 31. Now, a month later, Under Armour is set to follow that up with four new colorways, one of which (the Patriot Blue/Black Suede colorway) will be a European exclusive.
The other three are as follows: White/Radio Red, Green/White, and White/Bold Yellow.
