Today was a monumental day for the fashion industry, largely in terms of diversity, as Virgil Abloh, Louis Vuitton’s first African-American creative director, showed his debut collection with the luxury fashion house. As previously highlighted, a number of celebrities attended the runway show in Paris to take in the SS19 Men’s collection, and of course, show their support for Virgil.

In addition, many entertainers, artists, designers, and influencers then chimed in on social media, speaking on the noteworthy occasion, further applauding Abloh and Louis Vuitton. Below you’ll see posts from the likes of Kim Kardashian, Travis Scott, Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid, Naomi Campbell, Rita Ora, Chadwick Boseman, and many more, as they touch on the celebratory day.
