As one of the premiere food personalities in media, Eddie Huang is currently making the rounds to promote his new book, Double Cup Love, a “a hilarious and fiercely original story of culture, family, love, and red-cooked pork.”

In what is becoming a hilarious and informative tradition for people looking to get the word out about various projects, Eddie Huang attempted to tackle the Hot Ones chicken wing challenge where host Sean Evans puts guests through a series of culinary battles where each wing that is eaten gets progressively spicier until things get downright dangerous.

Tackling serious issues like the whitewashing of food media, to more mellow topics like his affinity for Future’s music, Huang best describes the whole ordeal by saying, “I was worried about pooping. Now I’m worried about my life.”
