Chance the Rapper recently made headlines when he stopped by BBC Radio for a heartfelt performance dedicated to his “big brother” Kanye West. But while there, he also gave a seriously in-depth interview with host DJ Semtex on a range of topics. The most important? That he may be working on his first album.

‘Now, wait a minute,’ you’re probably thinking. ‘Chance just dropped Coloring Book this year. And what about his 2013 album Acid Rap?! They’re both amazing!’ Calm yourself, dear reader; those are both indeed stellar full-lengths, but they are technically mixtapes. As Chance notes in the interview, his “mixtapes have been confused for albums for a long time,” and that he is working on something now that will be “something that you can consider an album.”

The interview also delves on topics as diverse as Donald Trump, creating The Life of Pablo with Kanye West and hanging out with Barack Obama. Watch the full interview above and stay tuned to see what Chance does next.
