After an apparent cyber attack weeks ago, HBO’s battle with the hacker shows no signs of slowing down as the hacker leaked several episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm, and other series, as well as previously releasing the script for episode 4 of Game of Thrones and more.

HBO shared in a statement, ”We are not in communication with the hacker and we’re not going to comment every time a new piece of information is released.”

The statement continues, “The hacker may continue to drop bits and pieces of stolen information in an attempt to generate media attention. That’s a game we’re not going to participate in. Obviously, no company wants their proprietary information stolen and released on the internet. Transparency with our employees, partners, and the creative talent that works with us has been our focus throughout this incident and will remain our focus as we move forward. This incident has not deterred us from ensuring HBO continues to do what we do best.”

The popular comedy series by Larry David was scheduled to return to TV in October and other series already leaked by the hacker included the latest episode of HBO comedy Insecure, episodes from the new season of Ballers, as well as new series that have yet to air a single episode, including Barry and The Deuce.

The hacker or hacking group, which remains anonymous, has intended on extracting money from the Time Warner-owned cable network.

Last Thursday, a message HBO had sent the perpetrator after its initial communication with the network was leaked, offering a $250,000 “bounty payment.”
