424 on Fairfax & MIDNIGHT STUDIOS Unveil Punk-Inspired Fishtail Parkas for monkey time

UNITED ARROWS' in-house label monkey time hooks up with Tony Su (from 424 on Fairfax) and Shane Gonzales (of MIDNIGHT STUDIOS fame) for a pair of fishtail parkas. Fishtails (which get their name from their elongated drawcord silhouettes) were a mainstay of rebellious British youth movements for decades, and both brands stay true to the jacket's heritage, as both pieces are adorned with artwork inspired by the UK's punk movement.

The parkas will be available from January 2 via monkey time's online store - priced at 48,000 JPY (that's just shy of $400, according to current conversion rates).
