Model: Pulseboost HD
Key Features: Flexible Adapt Knit upper, Boost HD tooling for added stability, Continental Adaptive Traxion outsole, QR code on the tongue linking to a custom Spotify playlist.
Release Date: June 20
Editor’s Notes: Today adidas announces its latest innovation in Boost technology with Boost HD. Offering the same energy return and comfort, Boost HD provides the wearer with added stability. The first sneaker to feature the tooling is the all-new Pulseboost HD.
adidas’ Pulseboost HD sits lower to the ground, as it is designed for sudden stops and quick change of directions. In addition to Boost HD, the sneaker boasts the brand’s new flexible upper, Adapt Knit, which stretches where you need it. The Pulseboost HD also comes with a new Continental Adaptive Traxion outsole giving enhanced grip so you can change direction on any surface.
Complementary design elements include a QR code on the tongue that links to custom Spotify playlists based on your location, as well as GPS coordinates for New York, Paris, and Berlin, cities where runners helped develop the Pulseboost HD.
adidas’ all-new Pulseboost HD launches in a limited edition monochrome colorway on June 20 at adidas.com via the adidas app. Additional colorways will release worldwide on June 27.
