A$AP Ferg, while in Melbourne, Australia, gave us our best look yet at a red pair of adidas YEEZY Foam Runners he’s been seen wearing recently.

The clog-like footwear features holes on its sides and on the forefoot for increased breathability. An adidas logo can be seen on the heel. No word yet on when or whether this all-red adidas YEEZY Foam Runner will be released.

Speaking to Sneaker Freaker, Ferg said “They’re so comfortable! They remind me of when Tinker was making all the crazy Jordans, and the sneaker world fell in love with these spaceship-looking shoe designs. That’s what Kanye’s sneakers are to me, this shit is the best sneakers in the game right now!”

Kanye West’s YEEZY Foam Runner was leaked and then officially unveiled by The Face magazine last fall, giving us our best look at the rubber clog-like design that was first worn by ’Ye’s daughter North West in June 2019.

First reactions on social media were viscous, with many users ridiculing the design and comparing them to Crocs. Following A$AP Ferg’s reveal of the all-red colorway not much has changed. Comments on Instagram include: “I can make these for $30 on my 3d printer...” and “anyone prepared to put anything like this on their feet is a total crackpot.”

However, there were also a few supporters of the Foam Runners and commenters that kept it real: “whatever you guys say, you will still buy them #FACTS.”

Take a look at the adidas YEEZY Foam Runners above and stay tuned for updates.
