In days gone by, a streetwear label collaborating with a local cosmetics brand on a hygiene product would probably be seen as a pretty "out there" move, but given this is 2016 — the age where brands can get away with releasing literal building materials — such an item might not elicit the same sense of surprise as it would have done say, 10 to 20 years ago.

That being said, Anti Social Social Club is not your everyday streetwear label, and given the aesthetic we've come to expect from Neek Lurk et al., this particular foray into the grooming market does still come as a slight surprise. By joining forces with soap company and fellow LA natives, Aceite, the brands have come up with a "Japanese Cherry Blossom" scented soap bar made of organic extra virgin olive oil, essential oils and sodium hydroxide.

The soap also comes in a nifty A.S.S.C pouch, and you can up your shower game exponentially when it drops on September 20 via the Anti Social Social Club website.

Anti Social Social Club shot a film on the lives of lost LA youth a couple of months back. Watch it here.
