A new wireless charger by Levitation Works suspends your Apple Watch or Pebble smartwatches in midair as it powers them.

The "Lift" charging unit uses magnetic fields, a method commonly used in high-end Bluetooth speakers, to hold your Apple Watch as it hovers and rotates above the charging base. Its simplistic and minimalistic design takes cues from Apple and Porsche Design, and when the watch is set in motion it practically becomes a piece of futuristic art.

The charging device is being offered for $149 over at the company's Kickstarter page, which has already blown past its $44,000 goal, and will sell for $199 when it's available after the campaign has finished. Watch the promo video below.
