Retailer and global fashion label END. has partnered with the UK’s Barbour for a new collection, referred to as “Re- Engineered.” The first collaboration between the two imprints, the project is all about true function as well as heritage design. Here, END. offers a contemporary interpretation of two archival Barbour pieces, the Ashby wax jacket and the Baffle vest.
With its asymmetrical design, the Ashby jacket is made from Sylkoil, lightweight waxed cotton, and wale corduroy. The outerwear is equipped with multiple pockets, including two hand-warmer pockets and a trio of bellow pockets. The Ashby also features a vent at the back and is finished with Barbour’s military grade, anti-reflective zip closure, providing the wearer with complete concealment.
For the Baffle vest, END. applies its re-engineered patchwork treatment to the classic fishing vest. The garment showcases Barbour’s diamond quilting at the front panels and curved quilting on the back, while the liner is constructed from two ounce and four ounce waxed cotton for water resistance. Lastly, the vest boasts anti-reflective zip hardware and two d-rings, in addition to two flap pockets, two bellow pockets, and a zip chest pocket.
The END. x Barbour “Re- Engineered” capsule releases November 23 through END.
