WWD and publisher Rizzoli will soon be releasing a new book detailing the history of iconic fashion designer, Ralph Lauren, and his eponymous label. Dubbed Fifty Years of Ralph Lauren, the publication takes an in-depth look at the company’s every step, dating back to 1967.
“Synonymous with timeless American style, Ralph Lauren metamorphosed from a small collection of men’s neckties into a global empire offering everything from casual polo shirts and luxury womenswear to athletic apparel and home goods,” says Rizzoli.
Fifty Years of Ralph Lauren comes complete with previously unseen archival photographs and award-winning fashion writing and business articles from the pages of WWD, all while highlighting the brand’s biggest achievements and how it has forever shaped the fashion industry.
