Global style platform, GOAT, this week announces an expansion beyond sneakers, as apparel and accessories have been added to the contemporary marketplace. This mean’s you can now buy clothing and accessories from your favorite luxury and streetwear brands, ranging from Gucci and Saint Laurent, to Acne Studios, Maison Margiela, Off-White™, Stüssy, and more.

“GOAT has always served a community of individuals aspiring to be the greatest,” says Eddy Lu, co-founder and CEO of GOAT Group. “When we first launched GOAT, we focused only on sneakers to ensure we provided the best experience for our customers. Paramount to that was our authentication, product depth and discovery journey. Without these pillars, we would not be able to offer the experience we believe is necessary for someone to find a style that embraces their uniqueness and self expression.”

GOAT points out that it is now working directly with retailers all across the globe to obtain supply at retail price. At this time, the company has added more than 50 brands to its product catalog, with plans to continue to bolster the roster before the end of 2019.

“We’re only in the infant stages of apparel on GOAT,” adds Daishin Sugano, co-founder and Chief Product Officer of GOAT Group. “We’re starting with the primary market, but we have plans for resale expansion. We believe in this immense opportunity and are optimally positioned to work with the best brands to tell their stories from the past, present and future.”

You can go ahead and shop apparel and accessories through GOAT’s iOS and Android apps. The new categories will be coming to GOAT.com and its WeChat Mini Program in China soon.
