A video shared on a Chinese social media website this week might have revealed the second-generation iPhone SE, as sources indicate that Apple is expected to announce some kind of new iPhone in May, or perhaps during WWDC in June, reports 9to5Mac.
While the device shown could just be a knockoff, 9to5Mac points out that this fully built purported iPhone SE 2 shows resemblances to some leaked shells first seen in March.
This upcoming iteration of the SE model is reported to boast a new glass back for wireless charging, and the classic 3.5mm headphone jack will still remain intact. In comparison, the current iPhone SE flaunts an aluminum back design with small glass panels at the top and bottom only.
In addition, the imagery indicates that the iPhone SE 2 will incorporate slight design tweaks on the rear, while the front of the phone will be identical to the current iPhone SE. Furthermore, an A10 processor may be included, in addition to other upgraded components as well.
