According to a legal document obtained by TMZ, rapper Juice WRLD's estate is valued at an estimated $3,278,867.49.

The total includes the Chicago native's $1,490,000 Miami condominium, plus multiple bank accounts, one of which reportedly has $1,001,515.68 on it. In addition to the property and accounts, the rapper, whose real name is Jarad Higgins, has apparently also amassed quite a collection of watches and jewelry worth $459,318.75.

The document was filed by the late rapper's mother, Carmela Wallace, who is requesting to be appointed representative of the estate. The rapper left no other heir — his father passed away six months before his death and, while he was in a serious relationship with his girlfriend Ally Lotti, they were neither married nor had kids.

Juice WRLD's fortune could, however, be even worth more as there could be assets other than what's listed on his probate state.
