Chris Pratt and Elizabeth Banks are back to star in the long-awaited The LEGO Movie followup, The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part. This week we in turn get our first look at the upcoming animated adventure, courtesy of an official teaser trailer.

Pratt and Banks reprise their roles as Emmet and Lucy, set in a post-apocalyptic environment following the tragic events of "Taco Tuesday." Now, the citizens of Bricksburg are facing a new threat, LEGO DUPLO invaders from outer space.

In order to restore harmony in the LEGO universe, Emmet, Lucy, Batman, and company must venture to unexplored worlds, one of which is a strange galaxy where everything is a musical.

Will Arnett, Nick Offerman, Alison Brie, Tiffany Haddish, Stephanie Beatriz, and Arturo Castro join Pratt and Banks to round out the cast, as The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part is scheduled to premiere in 2D and 3D on February 8, 2019.

In other movie news, ‘Ant Man and the Wasp’ get a new sidekick in the latest teaser.
