Levi’s Skateboarding draws inspiration from mid-1800s San Francisco’s Barbary Coast for their new spring collection. Influences come from service industry, dockworkers and maritime design, which are all incorporated in the warm weather drop.
For the bottoms, Levi’s presents a number of timeless looks, carried out on proven jeans, work pants, work shorts and cargo pants. A standout from this particular section is the military-inspired cargo pant that was a staple in the mid-90s. The work short also provides skaters with a great option for when the weather warms up.
Signature tops include a football shirt, reform shirt, tees, crewneck fleeces, a wharf jacket and trucker jackets. The reform shirt and wharf jacket are a nod to what dockworkers wore during the 19th century on San Francisco piers.
