2018 was a big year for the 24-year-old rapper – she released an EP called Tina Snow, and became the first female rapper to be signed to 300 Entertainment. 2019 is shaping up to be even bigger. The video for "Big Ole Freak," the first single off her upcoming album Fever, already has over 2 million views. Fever is out April 12. Somehow, Megan manages all this success while being a full-time student at university.

Sadly, instead of celebrating the release of "Sex Talk," Megan Thee Stallion has been in mourning. She announced on Instagram yesterday that her mother passed away. Megan's mother was also a rapper, known as Holly Wood, but ore recently she was working as her daughter's manager, as revealed by Megan in an interview with Rolling Stone.
