Back in October, Nelly was arrested under suspicion of committing second degree rape. The rapper was accused of assault by Monique Greene, who is now a plaintiff in a lawsuit against him. Now, two more women have come forward alleging assault in their testimonies for the case.

Identified only as ‘Jane Doe 1’ and ‘Jane Doe 2,’ the complaint lodged by Greene conveys that Nelly systematically “selected female fans” that would be subject to assault. Jane Doe 1 alleges that she was groped without consent while with the rapper after a concert in June 2016. Jane Doe 2 accuses him of inappropriate conduct after a show on December 5, 2017, that included pleasuring himself in front of her and attempting to force her into oral sex.

After Greene’s initial accusations surfaced in October, Nelly stipulated that he was “completely innocent.” He continued, “To be absolutely clear. I have not been charged with a crime therefore no bail was required. I was released, pending further investigation.”
