Editor’s Notes: Following teasers, Nike officially introduces its new React Presto. Ancestor to the Air Presto, the silhouette is outfitted with Nike React tooling for improved comfort.

Nike's Air Presto launched in 2000 with its stretchy upper and complementary, standout marketing campaigns, as each colorway became a character. Nike is bringing similar character-based color schemes to the React Presto, beginning with "Brutal Honey" and "Rabid Panda" and followed by "Psychedelic Lava," "Chatty Matador," "Breezy Thursday," and "Witness Protection."

While the React Presto features familiar design elements such as bootie construction and a midfoot cage and heel crash pad, the sneaker also welcomes new details, from Nike React foam to an organic midsole geometry and eye stays at the heel and tongue to provide you with multiple lacing options.

Nike is scheduled to release the React Presto on May 9, beginning with the "Brutal Honey" and "Rabid Panda" colorways. The "Psychedelic Lava," "Chatty Matador," "Breezy Thursday," and "Witness Protection" then launch on May 16.
