PlayStation will be launching four new colorways of the DualShock 4 Wireless Controller for PS4 this fall. Since releasing nearly six years ago, the controller has been offered in more than 25 colors ranging from Jet Black and Wave Blue to Sunset Orange and Red Crystal. Now, gamers can take advantage of Electric Purple, Red Camouflage, Titanium Blue, and Rose Gold colorways of the wireless controller.
The Electric Purple edition is a two-tone purple design contrasted with white PlayStation shapes, while the Red Camouflage iteration finds hits of black and brown playing complement on the predominantly red controller. It also incorporates silver detailing. The Titanium Blue variation features a metallic top cover with light blue accents, in addition to a matte blue back. Finally, the Rose Gold DualShock 4 boasts a gold metallic finish that is sure to be a favorite among PS4 gamers.
In addition to the new DualShock 4 Wireless Controllers, PlayStation also introduces a Rose Gold edition headset, with a Rose Gold metallic finish on the headband and embossed PS shapes on the inside.
The DualShock 4 Wireless Controllers ($64.99 each) release this September at select retailers in the US and Canada. The Rose Gold headset then arrives in November for $99.99.
