After going "post-ivy" for its FW19 collection, Rowing Blazers is back with another collab this season with British heritage outerwear brand Barbour.

This limited edition Japan exclusive capsule pays homage to Barbour's signature silhouettes. The collection features Barbour's classic beaufort jacket made from a light-weight waxed cotton for the first time ever. The exterior of the jacket combines Barbour’s two most iconic colors, navy and sage, in a single split colorway. That color split is primarily featured throughout the rest of capsule including a rugby and corduroy-billed hat.

Inside the jacket Rowing Blazers deliver its flair by adding its signature Croquet Stripe pattern for the half-moon lining. To top off the collection, a custom green and white label was made based on the original “Barbour’s of South Shields” logo.

“When Barbour approached us about a collaboration, I jumped at it. When I was at Oxford, I spent my ‘free time’ coaching the men’s crews at Oriel College. My default coaching uniform in autumn and spring was my Barbour Beaufort jacket,” says Rowing Blazers founder Jack Carlson. “Traipsing through the wet fields around the boathouse, finding my way through the fog of Christ Church Meadow at zero dark thirty, and driving the coaching launch is the closest I ever came to hunting.”

The Rowing Blazers x Barbour collaboration is available now, and is a Japanese exclusive but will be available outside of Japan at and the Rowing Blazers Clubhouse in NYC.
