What many might not know, is that it has been legal for women in New York City to expose their nipples since 1992 - highlighted recently by females like The Outdoor Co-Ed Topless Pulp Fiction Appreciation Society and the "Desnudas" in Times Square - who have refused to conform to so-called "gender norms."
In an attempt to shine the spotlight on the sexualization of the female form, the four-minute documentary does an admirable job showing that there's really little difference between what men and women have on their chests.
