On October 1st, Arsenal F.C coach Arsene Wenger will celebrate the milestone of 20 years in charge of the North London club, but now in a hilarious new skit, the legendary manager has relinquished control of his duties and allowed The Late Late Show host James Corden to take the reigns.

As well as conducting a cringe-inducing sing-a-long on the team bus, Corden also applies some unorthodox methods to a team training session, before putting England stars like Theo Walcott and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlaine through a bizarre Q&A session. Donning the colors of London rivals, West Ham, as he takes up the position of goalkeeper, will also have done little to endear Corden to his new players either.

Watch the clip above, and then check out Corden’s latest Carpool Karaoke session with Apple CEO Tim Cook and Pharrell.
