There’s a strong possibility that you’ve seen your fair share of gingerbread houses this holiday season, but we’re sure that this 5-foot-tall gingerbread castle will take the metaphorical cake.

Built for Food.com by photographer, stylist and baking enthusiast Christine McConnell, this castle is probably the most detailed edible creation you’ve ever seen, featuring edible elements such as small green wreaths, translucent windows and trees. The best part is aside from the lights, everything you see is edible.
