Rogue One: A Star Wars Story came out this past December, but visual effects company Industrial Light and Magic just released a short clip of highlights that showcases how the post-production team used special effects to create the film’s characters, space battles and cityscapes.

The clip also highlights some of the work it took to bring the late Peter Cushing back to life, who is known for playing the part as “Grand Moff” Tarkin, the commander of the Death Star, as well as how director Gareth Edwards used extra takes from the 1977 film, Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope, to reintroduce some familiar faces.

Check it all out above.

In related news, J.J. Abrams will be writing and directing ‘Star Wars: Episode IX.’
