Following an appearance on Lupe Fiasco’s “Tranquillo” track last year, chart-topping lyricist and producer Big K.R.I.T. is now back with the official music video for his breakout single “1999,” featuring R&B singer, Lloyd.

The song originally appeared on K.R.I.T.’s junior double-album 4 Eva Is A Mighty Long Time, which dropped last year, and the visuals, directed by Tyler Lee, embodies a Back to The Future theme with a DeLorean, as it showcases the rapper traveling back in time to a party, hence the song title, and the casual crew chant along to the Juvenile-inspired, Mannie Fresh produced “Back That Ass Up” hook.

Enjoy the nostalgic video above, as they us back with a blast from the past, and relive the party life in the year 1999.

In other new music videos, YG keeps the west coast to the fullest in “Suu Whoop.”
