Speaking to Highsnobiety earlier this year, Fujiwara revealed that he had been thinking about working on a Red Wing boot for a while. “I used to wear [Red Wings] like 20 years ago and I bought two pairs recently in Tokyo because I had a conversation with a friend and we talked and thought maybe it’s time to wear Red Wing again.” he said.
