Did Gucci Mane just reveal news of a new OutKast album? No, like seriously. In a video posted to Snapchat, Guwop ran through a list of artists who he'd recently been working with including Lil Wayne, Young Boosie, E-40 and Project Pat. Most noticeable, however, was the inclusion of OutKast, who Gucci mentions at the beginning of the clip:

Since being released from prison in May, Gucci has been a busy man, having already jumped on tracks with everyone from Kanye West to Young Thug. The return of OutKast, however, would represent another proposition entirely, with the duo's last studio album coming way back in 2003 when they released the Grammy Album of the Year winning Speakerboxxx/The Love Below double LP. The duo, Andre 3000 and Big Boi, returned briefly in 2006 for the Idlewild movie soundtrack, but genuine news (i.e. not internet rumors) has since been thin on the ground.

Whether Gucci worked on a single track or full album remains to be seen, but that hasn't stopped Twitter from losing its shit:

So has Gucci let the cat out of the bag, or is this yet another false dawn? Who knows. But while we wait for more solid news to develop, check out this article on the dizzying numbers behind Frank Ocean's Andre 3000 featuring Blonde.
