It seems that Gucci Mane is now contractually obliged to release new songs, albums and music videos on a weekly or daily basis. In terms of music videos, Guwop released a visual for his track with Future "Selling Heroin" just last week. Now he has followed that up with a visual for "Last Time," his standalone single dropped in collaboration with Travis Scott.
And not only does the visual feature Gucci and Travis, but it has a prominent cameo appearance from Harmony Korine, the director who cast Gucci in the highly-acclaimed Spring Breakers. The video sees this ecstatic trio bouncing through the snow (at times lit with night vision) and literally getting lit with torches and fireballs that end up setting a snowbound car alight.
All this snow seems a precursor to Gucci's forthcoming full-length The Return of East Atlanta Santa, a Christmas-themed mixtape that will mark his third full release this year. Listen to the lead single "St. Brick Intro" right here.
In other music video news, The xx have dropped a gorgeous, heartbreaking visual for their new single "On Hold." Watch it right here.
