On Monday night, rapper Gucci Mane was a guest on The Daily Show with host, Trevor Noah to talk about his new autobiography and upcoming album Mr. Davis, which is now set to release on Friday, October 13.

In the interview, the Atlanta rapper reflects on selling drugs while in the seventh grade, battling addiction and cleaning up his life after finding love in The Autobiography of Gucci Mane.

He also shared, “A lot of artists, when they die, their books come out. I wanted to tell my story while I’m here.” In addition, he also spoke about his upcoming wedding to his longtime partner, Keyshia Ka’Oir. “I found a woman that I wanna spend the rest of my life with. I wanted the world to know how I felt about her.”
