As Netflix continues to ramp up its original content output, this week we get our first look at one of the company's upcoming pictures, How It Ends.

How It Ends stars Theo James and Forest Whitaker, as a man (James) and his estranged father-in-law (Whitaker) are forced to race across the country in order to save his pregnant wife, in the midst of a mysterious apocalypse that is the cause of misinformation and violence. Kat Graham and Mark O'Brien join James and Whitaker in the action-thriller, which is directed by David M. Rosenthal and written by Brooks McLaren.

You can look forward to How It Ends making its way to Netflix July 13.
