As previously reported, buzzing Miami-based artist Lil Pump is a free agent after his Warner Bros. Records contract was voided “on grounds he was underage when he signed the deal and it was never certified by the court,” according to Billboard.

Pump has been spotted with DJ Khaled in recent days, fuelling rumors that a contract might be in the works. But in a different turn of events, Pump was spotted on Instagram rocking a 1017 Brick Squad chain, indicating that he may have put pen to paper with Gucci Mane.

Dooney Battle, co-founder of Tha Lights Global, an entertainment company that is tied to Pump, shared a story on his Instagram account, in which he says it’s “signing day.” Adding to the rumors, Gucci Mane unsubtly commented on Lil Pump’s Instagram feed, saying “1017 you name the price.” Eliminating any doubts that Pump has in fact signed recently, he previewed a clip on Twitter where he raps “…and I got a new deal.”

While the signing has not been officially confirmed at the time of publishing, stay posted for more information.
