With the 2018 Geneva International Motor Show occurring next month, this new McLaren Senna is ready to grab everyone’s attention, as it bares the McLaren Senna Carbon Theme by McLaren Special Operations.

Noted as one of five themes developed by MSO that this limited-edition hypercar can be ordered in, the exterior bares its carbon fiber makeup comprised of 67 body parts that take approximately 1,000 hours to produce. The aesthetic is complemented with “Solar Yellow” details and “Laurel Green” brake calipers, two colors found in the helmet of legendary Brazilian Formula 1 racing driver Ayrton Senna, for whom the car is named.

Inside, the colors are are still prevalent with the door gas strut in Laurel Green and the contrast stitching on the carbon black alcantara trim on seats, door inners and facia. The steering wheel also has a leather center band in a similar yellow hue. In addition, both seats feature a Senna “S” detail on the headrest, which is then repeated in a satin finish on the end plates of the rear wing.

The Senna is equipped with a 4.0-liter gas V8 engine to produce 789 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque, and furthermore, a new carbon fiber wheel option will be offered soon, as this seven-spoke wheel from MSO is up to 10 percent lighter than a standard alloy wheel.

With 500 of this McLaren Senna to be produced only, and all already have their respective buyer, each vehicle is priced at £750,000 or above $1 million USD, and the bespoke carbon theme adds another £300,000 (about $413,000) to the total.
