The deadline for the visual feast that is National Geographic's annual photo contest is just around the corner. As a leading imprint in both naturalist and anthropological content, National Geographic consistently conveys breathtaking imagery as part of its platform, which has been around since 1888. For any photographers that plan on submitting imagery to be considered for 2014, ensure you send them by October 31, 2014. The chosen winner will receive $10,000 and have the benefit of attending National Geographic's headquarters to participate in its annual photography seminar.
