Editor’s Notes: PLEASURES has unveiled its latest collaboration with adidas Consortium, this time reworking the German sportswear giant’s timeless Samba.
Dressed in premium black leather and featuring 3D “PLEASURES” embroidery across the lateral side, the collaboration is all no-frills until you see that in-your-face text — apparently the largest adidas has ever put on a shoe, perfect for branding fans.
The Samba is one of adidas' most iconic designs, debuting in 1950 and designed as an indoor soccer shoe. In the decades since its debut, it has become a style staple, with design cues similar to the Germany Army Trainer.
Check out the images above and look for the shoe to drop today, March 20, online at PLEASURES.
