While it’s renowned for producing high-performance luxurious cars, German automaker Porsche is now delving in the world of yacht design.
Studio F.A. Porsche, the company’s design house, just unveiled a hybrid superyacht that is slated to make its official debut at the Monaco Yacht Show, an annual tradeshow where some of the newest luxury yachts are on display, on Wednesday, September 27, 2017.
Titled “GTT 115,” the hybrid design constructed by luxury yacht builder, Dynamiq, measures in at 115 feet and shimmers in the water with its Rhodium Grey metallic paint. Performance consist of cruising at 21 knots and offering efficient fuel consumption for 3,400 nautical miles.
While not a lot details have been revealed yet, a rendering of the interior shows the yacht’s hardwood floors and chocolate brown furniture.
Pricing is suggested at $16.7 million and only 7 units will be made.
Roland Heiler, CEO of F.A. Studio Porsche, said in a press statement, “Taking the spirit of high-performance sports car styling to the high seas, the Dynamiq GTT 115 is designed to appeal to car lovers and forward-thinking yacht owners.”
