PORTER

PORTER has a knack for imbuing everyday items with a daring and contemporary edge. For the “Porter Helmet Bag Creation” pop-up event they reimagine the humble 2Way Helmet bag and helmet, not once but six times.

PORTER has called on NEIGHBORHOODHuman MadeN.HoolywoodWacko MariaSOPHNET. and White Mountaineering to recast the ubiquitous (at least in Japan) items in an inspired assortment of textures and patterns.

The SOPHNET. offering is done up in a characteristically black and gray colorway for the bag while the helmet is finished off with a bold white logo. NEIGHBORHOOD also opted for black but went for a furry textile option on the bag. The Wacko Maria bag is done up in an eye-catching leopard. The gaudy combo is a must-cop for anyone looking to flex in a crisis.

You can pick up your own helmet and bag at the pop-up event happening at Isetan Shinjuku Men’s from September 18  to October 1, 2019. Get all the details here.
