Where the runway meets the street

Following his tenure with Givenchy, heralded designer Riccardo Tisci has been at the helm of Burberry as its chief creative officer since March.

With Tisci already working on producing his inaugural collection with the British luxury fashion house, the designer himself has provided a glimpse into the forthcoming range dubbed, “B Classic” via Instagram. In the corresponding caption, Tisci shared, “I wanted to celebrate the beauty, heritage and legacy that I discovered when I first arrived at Burberry. ‘B Classic’ is an edit that I’ve curated to honor the icons of the House.”

The featured teaser images above and below are the standout pieces from the upcoming SS19 pre-collection designed by the Burberry design team, which includes the trench coat, quilted jacket, car coat, poncho and kilt.
