An exhibition featuring the works of Sterling Ruby, as well as his creative idol H.R. Giger, is currently on display in Milan at Spazio Maiocchi. The exhibition opened June 14 and runs through July 14, which means you better hit it up quick.

The courtyard greets you with "STRIP STRIP (RB)," a billboard commissioned from Ruby's "poetic posters" series. The focal point of the gallery is the European debut of "STATE," a video piece with aerial views of 35 California state prisons. Also on display is his "HRG Suite," a collection of collages that reference the work of Giger. Alongside these are various pieces of furniture, prints, sculptures, and painters by Giger.

You'll likely recognize some of the pieces by Giger, as he was a part of the special effects team that won an Oscar for the original Alien.

To view the exhibition, head to Spazio Maiocchi's website to book an appointment. And for more from Ruby, check out his fashion collection from Pitti Uomo.
